Chapter 2055 AGM
& Bowling!

First of all, a huge thank you to our outgoing board members, President Dan Gabert and Secretary Stephanie Gabert.
You both stepped up when this group was just an idea and helped build the foundation for what this chapter is today. The early years weren't the easiest with everything having to be created from scratch, but because of all that effort, we're able to keep growing stronger every year. Truly appreciate everything you both have done for the group!
We kicked the afternoon off with a great AGM where lots was discussed and exciting plans were set in motion for our 2026 riding season. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed!

After the AGM wrapped, we enjoyed some 5 & 10 pin bowling at McCurdy Bowling Center and an awesome buffet from Freddy's BrewPub! As always, this group knows how to have a good time!
2026 is already shaping up to be an incredible year. Thank you to everyone who continues to show up, support, volunteer, ride and just be a part of this amazing group.

Our group of 16 headed North to Vernon for another awesome night of trivia at Alexanders Beach Pub!
We split into 2 teams: Clueless and All Indians No Chiefs.
It was a late night filled with great company and lots of laughs! Huge thanks to everyone who came out as good times like these are what it's all about!

Tribute Ride- Janet Donna Falkenberg
This ride was a special one, dedicated to the memory of Gord’s sister in law, Janet Donna Falkenberg.
Big thanks to Gord Falkenberg for planning an incredible ride and an extra thanks to Vilma for stepping up to lead when Gord couldn’t be there.
The day was perfect…if you ignore the 35°C heat trying to cook us alive. Let’s just say hydration breaks were everyone’s best friend!!
We started out in West Kelowna, picked up a few stragglers in Penticton, and met the last of the group at the duty-free by the US/Canada border. From there, it was all about twisty roads, stunning scenery, and surprisingly little traffic!
From Oroville, we rode through Chesaw, then down to Kettle Falls for lunch at TJ’s Hometown Bar & Grill. Great food, cold drinks, and a welcomed break from the heat. Quick stop in Republic, where Bobby ended up leaving his prescription glasses on the trunk and rode off without them. (RIP glasses.)
We wrapped the day heading through Tonasket and back to the border. Most of us had an easy time crossing…except for a select few who got the full customs experience, complete with package checks and tariff charges. Nothing like a little international drama to spice up a ride!
Thanks to everyone who made the trip out. This one was worth every mile, and definitely one to repeat when it’s 10 degrees cooler.

We hit the road and headed south for another round of trivia fun! The competition was fierce as our chapter split into two teams: Revved Up & Ready to Guess and The 2055 Dropouts.
Let’s just say… Broadway musicals might not be our specialty, but we held our own! While victory wasn’t in the cards this time, we didn’t do too shabby!
Sure, we may need to brush up on our trivia skills, but the night was full of great food, lots of laughs, and a few puzzled looks over some of those tricky questions. All in all, a fantastic time with even better company!
Clearwater Ride

Our group met up in Falkland and was led by Mark Forrest toward Clearwater, taking in some gorgeous stretches of road along the way! The weather couldn't have been better, just that perfect balance of sunshine!
We stopped in at the Wells Grey Inn for lunch which hit the spot before heading back.
Another great day in the books for Chapter 2055! Thanks to everyone who came out and made it such an enjoyable ride!
Hatching Post Trivia Night

Our first ever Chapter 2055 Trivia Night was a success! Our team of 8 members, "Revved Up and Ready to Guess", rolled in to the Hatching Post Brewery and landed ourselves in a respectable 8th place! Not too shabby, and hey, we weren't last, so that's a win!

On July 26, we attended the 1st Annual Pipes N Paws event hosted by M&M Performance in Kelowna.
Our very own Steve Rennie took one for the team...literally...getting dunked for charity to help support a great cause all while managing to injure his toe on the way down!
Also, a huge shoutout to the members who rode up all the way from the Langley and Vancouver Chapters to show their support.Â
Thanks to everyone who came out and helped make a difference.

Northwest Chapters Tour
July 11-14, 2025
The tour rode for three days across eastern Oregon through the John Day Fossil Beds, down the Blue Mountain Scenic Byway, over the beautiful Elkhorn Range into Baker Valley, past the majestic Wallowa Mountains, deep into Rattlesnake Canyon, followed the east shore of Lake Coeur d’Alene, and ended with a wrap-up party in Spokane on the Monday night.
7 members from Chapter 2055 attended this event.
Revelstoke/Nakusp Ride

Started out in Kelowna and head down Hwy 97A/Hwy for Revelstoke. Down to Shelter Bay and then over to Nakusp where we stopped for lunch. Back to Kelowna via Hwy 6. 530kms
Multi-Chapter Ride

Started out in West Kelowna and headed south to Penticton. Took Hwy 3A to Penticton where we met up with Langley Chapter 2020 & Vancouver Chapter 2089 for lunch at the Brown Bridge Pub. Such a great turn out!
Kamloops Area Ride

Started off in Kelowna, quick pit stop in Vernon and then off to Kamloops. Mark led a great ride from Kamloops up to Tunkwa Lake, Logan Lake and then over to Merritt for lunch. Group split after lunch and headed home!
