Green Serpent - Ogopogo is a legendary lake monster said to inhabit Okanagan Lake in British Columbia, Canada. Known as the “Spirit of the Lake,” it was first sighted in 1872 and became a famous local legend. The name “Ogopogo” gained popularity in the 1920s. Today, it remains a well-known symbol of the Okanagan region.

Map of Thompson Okanagan Region - The Thompson Okanagan region is vast, covering approximately 71,600 square kilometers. The mountain featured at the top is Mount Robson, located in the northernmost part of the region within Mount Robson Provincial Park. It is the highest peak in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
